L'accueil du propriétaire et du personnel, le lieu vraiment au cœur de la ville "ancienne", la proximité de tout (shopping, plage, promenade, château). Un établissement rénové tout en restant d'un prix accessible, et aussi, bien qu'urbain, très tranquille.
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être mieux développé.

La situation centrale de l'hôtel
L'absence de petit déjeuner suite à des travaux dans la salle affectée a ce service mais sans qu'aucune solution de remplacement n'ait été prévue avec les nombreux cafés environnants. Un petit escalier pour accéder au 2eme étage de la chambre. Compliqué avec des bagages. Le réfrigérateur dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Un rapport qualité prix décevant pour la chambre dite luxe réservée. De
